How to Create a User

Download and Install CallPlan
Get CallPlan from the App Store or download it from our website.
- Create a New Account
- Open CallPlan on your device.
- Tap on the “Create Account” button.
- Enter your email, name, and choose a secure password.
- Verify your email by clicking the verification link sent to your inbox.
- Sign In
Once your email is verified, sign in using your credentials. You can also log in using your Google or Apple account for a quicker setup.
How to Make Your Settings
Once logged in, you can personalize CallPlan’s features to match your needs.
1. Open Settings
- Tap on your profile icon at the top left corner.
- Select “Settings” from the dropdown.
2. Notification Preferences
Choose how and when you’d like to receive reminders and updates:
- Call Reminder: Set up how much in advance you want to be reminded before a scheduled call (e.g., 10 minutes, 30 minutes).
- Audio Notes Delivery:
- Send Notes Automatically: Choose whether to automatically send audio notes after each call to your email or your virtual secretary. This can be set to After Call, End of Day, or Custom Time.
- Note Recipients: Add additional recipients such as secretaries or team members to receive notes.
- CarPlay Integration: Enable or disable CarPlay support for hands-free interaction with CallPlan during driving.
3. Security and Privacy
- Two-Factor Authentication: Activate 2FA to secure your account with an additional layer of security.
- Data Usage: Toggle options to either store your data locally or use cloud synchronization across devices. We respect your privacy and give you full control over your data.
How to Make a Scheduled CallPlan
- Create a New CallPlan
- Tap the “Create CallPlan” button in the app.
- Enter the following details:
- Title: Add a title for the call (e.g., “Weekly Check-in”).
- Person: Select the person you’re calling from your contacts list.
- Description: Add a description of the call’s purpose (e.g., “Discuss project progress”).
- Due Date: Set the date and time for the call.
- Categories: Choose from available categories like “Business”, “Internal”, or “Private”.

Set Reminders
Choose whether you’d like a reminder for this call, and how far in advance you want it (e.g., 15 minutes, 1 hour). The default reminder is set to 1 day before due date and 1 hour before due date
- Save the CallPlan
After filling out the details, tap “Save” to confirm your new CallPlan. You’ll receive a notification when it’s time to make the call.
How to Make Notes
- After a Call
Once your scheduled call has ended, open the CallPlan app and select the “Notes” section.
- You can manually add any text notes.
- If voice recognition is enabled, you can record and transcribe your thoughts directly into the notes.
- Audio Notes
- Tap the “Add Audio Note” button.
- Speak your note into the microphone. Once finished, tap “Stop Recording”.
- The app will transcribe your speech into text, which can be edited if needed.
- Sending Notes
You can choose to send your notes immediately after the call ends (based on your settings) to:
- Yourself
- A specific person (e.g., your secretary or colleague)
- Your virtual assistant for follow-up reminders

Q1: How do I reset my password?
- If you’ve forgotten your password, tap the “Forgot Password?” link on the login page.
- Enter your email address, and we’ll send you instructions to reset your password.
Q2: Can I sync my CallPlans with Google Calendar?
- Yes! You can sync all your scheduled CallPlans with Google Calendar. Simply go to “Settings” and enable the Google Calendar sync option.
Q3: How do I manage permissions for Siri?
- To use Siri for creating or managing CallPlans, go to “Settings” → “Siri & Shortcuts” and enable the permissions. You can then create custom voice commands for adding calls, marking them done, or sending notes.
Q4: How do I delete a CallPlan?
- To delete a scheduled CallPlan, navigate to the CallPlan you want to remove, and tap “Delete” at the bottom of the screen. Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Q5: Does CallPlan store my data?
- CallPlan respects your privacy. We do not store any of your personal data. All data is securely stored on your device, and we only use cloud synchronization if you enable it in settings.
Q6: What happens if I don’t add a category to a CallPlan?
- If no category is selected, your CallPlan will be automatically assigned the “Unknown” category, but you can always change it later.
